Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Aniesha Saxena has joined Ethos Watch Boutiques as Head – Learning & Development, bringing extensive expertise in L&D strategy, leadership development, and training excellence. In this role, she will drive employee capability-building initiatives, enhance leadership training, and strengthen workforce development at Ethos, reinforcing its position as a leading luxury retail brand.
Prior to this, Aniesha was associated with Lenskart.com for nearly four years, where she held multiple leadership roles in learning and development. As L&D Head – Retail, she spearheaded retail workforce training, new hire development, and employee engagement programs. She also led new hire training and played a key role in standardizing training frameworks to improve onboarding efficiency and customer service excellence.

Before Lenskart, Aniesha served as L&D Head – Retail & Customer Support at RITU KUMAR, where she was instrumental in building customer service training programs and elevating retail employee performance. She has also held significant roles in the aviation industry, including Assistant Manager – Crew Services & Training at Vistara – TATA SIA Airlines Ltd and Assistant Manager – Training at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), where she led crew training, customer service enhancement, and compliance-driven learning programs.
Her early career includes roles as Lead Cabin Attendant at IndiGo and Flight Attendant at Kingfisher Airlines, giving her first-hand experience in customer service excellence and training execution. With a strong background in L&D leadership and talent development, Aniesha’s expertise will contribute significantly to Ethos Watch Boutiques’ commitment to workforce excellence.
