Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026 — Solfin has appointed Anil Rathore as its Head of Human Resources, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a high-performance, people-centric organization as it scales its clean energy platform. In his new role, Anil will lead the end-to-end human resources function, driving talent strategy, organizational development, leadership capability, employee engagement, and HR transformation to support Solfin’s next phase of growth.
Anil brings nearly four decades of leadership experience spanning human resources, talent management, organizational transformation, banking, financial services, housing finance, and the armed forces. Prior to joining Solfin, he worked as an Independent HR Consultant, advising organizations on strategic HR, leadership development, organization design, and people transformation. Before that, he spent over seven years as Head – Human Resources, Administration and Learning at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company, where he led the end-to-end HR, administration, and learning functions for a workforce of more than 3,500 employees across 12 states, supporting the company’s rapid business expansion and organizational capability building.
Earlier, Anil served as Group Head – Human Resources at Indiabulls Housing Finance, Indiabulls Real Estate, and Indiabulls Ventures, leading HR strategy across multiple group companies with responsibility for over 10,000 employees across India and international locations. He also held the role of Head HR for Indiabulls Housing Finance, where he oversaw organization-wide talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR operations while partnering closely with the Chairman and senior leadership team.
Prior to Indiabulls, Anil was Zonal HR Partner – North, East & West at ING Vysya Bank, where he played a pivotal role in transforming HR into a strategic business partner while leading HR operations across more than 160 branches and a workforce exceeding 4,000 employees. Before that, he spent over five years with ICICI Bank, holding several leadership positions including Head – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Services, Recruitment Head – North, Zonal Training Manager, and Cluster Branch Manager, leading large-scale recruitment, leadership hiring, learning initiatives, and business operations across multiple regions.
Anil began his distinguished professional journey with the Indian Navy, serving for more than 20 years in a variety of leadership appointments, including Joint Director – Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Deputy Director – Manpower Planning & Recruitment, and several command and training assignments. His military career provided him with deep expertise in leadership development, workforce planning, talent management, organizational discipline, and people leadership, which has shaped his successful transition into corporate human resources.
With nearly 40 years of diverse leadership experience, Anil has consistently driven organizational transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and culture-building across large, complex organizations. His appointment reflects Solfin’s focus on building a strong people foundation as it expands its platform for sustainable energy solutions.
