Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, June 2026 — ManpowerGroup has appointed Anil Yadav as its new Head of Global Business Services, marking another significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning more than two decades across global business services, enterprise transformation, digital innovation, and operational excellence.
Anil joins ManpowerGroup with extensive experience in leading large-scale global operations and transformation initiatives across multiple industries. Over the course of his career, he has built deep expertise in Global Business Services (GBS), Global Capability Centers (GCCs), digital transformation, artificial intelligence, analytics, operational excellence, and strategic business transformation. His proven track record of scaling global delivery organizations and driving business outcomes positions him strongly to lead ManpowerGroup’s global business services agenda.
Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Anil spent more than seven years at Philips, where he held several senior leadership positions. Most recently, he served as SVP, Head of Enterprise Transformation (CoE) & Global Capability Centers (GCC), leading enterprise and business transformation initiatives with teams of nearly 1,000 associates and providing leadership to Philips’ capability centers spread across six global locations and a workforce of approximately 5,000 associates. Earlier, as SVP, Head of Global Business Services, he led a world-class team supporting finance, HR, procurement, supply chain, IT, analytics, and master data functions while pioneering digital transformation through AI, machine learning, hyper-automation, and advanced analytics initiatives that delivered significant productivity and financial impact.
Before Philips, Anil served as Managing Director, India (GCC Leader) at Decision Resources Group (DRG), where he established and scaled global capability centers in India supporting research, analytics, consulting, and technology services for global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. He also held leadership roles at Novartis, where he led business operations and strategy for Global Business Services, and earlier with Hewlett-Packard, Capital One, Symphony Marketing Solutions, and GE Capital, building extensive experience in outsourcing, offshoring strategy, process transformation, customer operations, and large-scale service delivery.
As Head of Global Business Services at ManpowerGroup, Anil will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, accelerating digital transformation, and enhancing the company’s global service delivery capabilities in an increasingly dynamic world of work.
