Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Ankur Mehandiratta has joined Sammaan Capital Limited as National Training Manager, marking a significant addition to the organization’s capability-building leadership.
In his new role, Ankur will spearhead enterprise-wide capability development across sales, non-sales functions, and distribution networks, strengthening learning ecosystems to drive business performance and workforce effectiveness.
Prior to this appointment, Ankur served as General Manager – Content Development (L&D) at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd, where he led large-scale learning initiatives focused on performance improvement and skill development across the organization.
Earlier, he was Assistant Vice President – Content & Digital Learning at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where he played a key role in advancing digital learning strategies and enhancing training effectiveness through structured content and stakeholder alignment.
He also held multiple leadership roles at Max Skill First Limited, including Assistant Vice President and Chief Manager – Learning & Development, where he drove content innovation, leadership development, and large-scale training delivery programs across insurance businesses.
Ankur began his journey in the L&D space with Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd., where he progressed from Senior Executive to Assistant Manager, earning recognition through multiple Business Excellence Awards. His early career also includes roles with Max Bupa Health Insurance and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, building a strong foundation in training, product expertise, and capability development.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which is also reflected in his professional journey and learning leadership approach.
