She is known for bringing a collaborative, values-based leadership style to both domains, ensuring operational integrity while championing a strong culture for over 10,000 employees across the health system.

Before being promoted to the C-suite, she held positions as Interim General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel at Nebraska Medicine. These early leadership roles helped her build deep institutional knowledge and trust among both clinical and non-clinical teams, setting the stage for broader enterprise leadership.

Anna also served as Regulatory Counsel at Home Instead, Inc., where she specialized in legal and policy matters relevant to the home care sector. She previously taught graduate and undergraduate business law and ethics courses at College of Saint Mary, enriching her legal acumen with academic and mentorship experience. Her early legal journey at Nebraska Medicine began in 2012 when she joined as Counsel, supporting the organization’s mission through a range of corporate legal functions.

Anna holds a strong background in regulatory law, compliance, and healthcare ethics, and is known for bridging the gap between people-centered leadership and rigorous legal standards.
