Paris, Île-de-France, France, May 2026 – Atos has appointed Anu Lair de la Motte as Head of Nordics, marking a significant leadership move within the company’s Belux, Netherlands and Nordics management structure. The appointment comes as the global digital transformation leader continues to strengthen its regional strategy across key European markets, with a strong focus on cloud, cybersecurity, AI-powered services, and transformation-led growth.
Anu Lair de la Motte steps into the role with deep experience in enterprise transformation, executive governance, client engagement, and large-scale international delivery programs. Her appointment reflects Atos’ continued emphasis on trusted internal leadership and strategic execution across high-growth markets.
Prior to taking over as Head of Nordics, Anu served as Vice President, Group Head of the Genesis Transformation at Atos, where she led the company’s flagship transformation program focused on enterprise-wide strategic modernization and operational transformation.
Earlier, she worked closely with the highest levels of leadership at Atos in multiple strategic roles including Chief of Staff to the Group Chairman & CEO, Director, Executive Projects & Secretary to the Group Executive Board, and Chief of Staff to the Group CEO, contributing directly to executive decision-making, governance, transformation priorities, and board-level initiatives.
She also held operational and client leadership positions within Atos, including Chief of Staff to Atos Head of Southern Europe RBU and Client Partner – Manufacturing, Global Integrated Accounts, where she managed strategic client portfolios across managed services, cloud, security, and data center operations spanning multiple countries including France, Morocco, Poland, Romania, and India. Her responsibilities included financial and contractual management, client relationship leadership, operational oversight, and transformation delivery across global teams.
Before joining Atos, Anu held leadership positions at Infosys, where she served as Associate Director Client Services / Engagement Manager / Account Manager Infosys BPO France, leading account management, business development, proposal development, and customer engagement initiatives for the French market.
Earlier in her career, she spent over five years with Sopra Steria across multiple leadership assignments including Account Director – Infrastructure and Security Services, Assistant Delivery Manager, and Programme Management Office / Consultant roles. She led transformation programs, managed infrastructure and security services accounts, and coordinated multinational service delivery operations across Europe and global delivery centers.
Anu also gained early international business and strategy exposure through projects and trainee roles with organizations including BP, ABB Ltd., and Sulzer Ltd..
