Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2024 – Anushree Limaye has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Citi, marking a significant milestone in her nearly five-year tenure with the organization. In this role, Anushree will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational development strategies, further strengthening Citi’s workforce in India.
Career Journey: Prior to her promotion, Anushree served as a Human Resources Generalist at Citi for over four years. During this time, she played a key role in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and developing programs to enhance employee engagement across multiple business units. Her expertise in workforce planning and compliance contributed to the overall HR strategy at Citi.
In addition to her role as an HR Generalist, Anushree also managed Citi’s Early Career Program for over two years, where she successfully developed and executed initiatives aimed at attracting and nurturing young talent. Her work in this area was instrumental in creating robust talent pipelines and supporting the company’s leadership development efforts.
Before joining Citi, Anushree worked as an HR Generalist at GE Appliances, where she spent two years managing various HR functions, including employee onboarding, training, and performance management. She was pivotal in enhancing employee experience and supporting HR operations across the Hyderabad location.
Earlier in her career, Anushree held the position of Sr. Executive – HR at Larsen & Toubro Infotech for approximately a year and a half. In this role, she handled HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth and success in the technology sector.
