Arnab Das Elevated as Executive Vice President, HR – India Business at Marico Limited

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Arnab Das has been elevated to the role of Executive Vice President, HR – India Business at Marico Limited, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey with the organisation. In this role, he will lead the people agenda for Marico’s India business, strengthening talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and workforce transformation across functions.

Arnab Das has been closely associated with Marico Limited for over a decade and has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy across multiple leadership mandates. Prior to his elevation, he served as Head HR – India Business, where he led HR strategy for the company’s India operations and anchored enterprise-wide workforce effectiveness initiatives.

Earlier, he held the role of Business HR Head – Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement, overseeing people leadership across Marico’s most critical commercial and operations functions and strengthening organisational capability, leadership pipelines and functional talent depth.

He has also served as Head – Corporate HR and Business HR Head – Sales & Marketing, leading performance management, rewards, HR operations, talent acquisition, HR governance, shared services and corporate HR systems, significantly contributing to Marico’s organisational effectiveness.

Arnab further led global Centres of Excellence across rewards, HR analytics, HR operations and shared services, and was part of the prestigious Marico Young Board, working closely with senior leadership on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Before joining Marico, Arnab built strong consulting credentials at Aon Hewitt, advising organisations across India and the Middle East on rewards, organisation design, HR transformation and talent strategy. He also held early professional stints at Deloitte Consulting and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), blending consulting depth with scientific and operational rigour.
