Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 – RJ Corp has announced the appointment of Arpita Sharma as Group Head – Talent Acquisition, where she will lead TA teams across Varun Beverages Ltd (VBL), Devyani Food Industries Ltd (DFIL), RJ Corp Retail, and VBL Africa (Expat Hiring). In her new role, Sharma will focus on driving transformation, building a world-class talent acquisition function, and delivering measurable business impact through bold, scalable recruitment strategies.
Before joining RJ Corp, Arpita Sharma served as Senior Leadership Recruiter-Global at Lenskart.com for nearly two years. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in honing strategic hiring practices that targeted visionary leaders to propel Lenskart’s ambitious growth mission. Her approach intertwined market insights with robust stakeholder management, driving diversity and inclusivity while building high-performance teams across commercial and corporate functions for both India and international markets.
Prior to Lenskart, she was with OLX Group as Leadership Recruiter-Global CoE, where she managed leadership hiring for more than 20 brands across 30+ countries, excluding product, data, and tech roles. She provided strategic advice on hiring, proactively built talent pools, supported succession planning, and significantly contributed to OLX Group’s employer brand value on a global scale.
Earlier, Arpita held key positions at PERSOLKELLY India as Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant for Leadership Hiring, where she successfully executed executive searches for global in-house centers (GICs), financial institutions, and fintech firms. She has been recognized for her outstanding contributions and excellence in client and candidate delivery, earning prestigious awards such as “Star of the Quarter” and the “2020 Annual Award.”
Her prior experience also includes consulting roles at Positive Moves, Amur Search, and World One Consulting, where she managed senior leadership searches and drove mandates across technology, infrastructure, retail, and consumer goods sectors. Arpita started her career in buying and merchandising roles at leading lifestyle and luxury brands, giving her a holistic perspective on business needs and people strategy.
