Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 2026 — Fiaz Khan has taken on the role of Vice President – Human Resources at Technomak Process Systems, effective February 2026. In this senior leadership position, he will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and people capability development across Technomak’s global operations.
Fiaz has been associated with Technomak Process Systems since August 2024, initially serving as Human Resources Director, where he played a key role in strengthening HR governance, supporting business growth, and aligning people practices with operational priorities in the Middle East.
Prior to joining Technomak, he served as Country HR Manager – UAE at DESCON Engineering Limited, where he led country-level HR operations, talent management, and employee relations across large-scale engineering and construction projects in the region.
Earlier in his career, Fiaz spent more than fifteen years with Schlumberger (now SLB), holding multiple senior HR leadership roles across the Middle East and South Asia. His responsibilities included serving as Head of HR – Pakistan & Yemen, Division Human Resources Manager, and MEA Operations & Payroll Manager, where he managed complex, multi-country HR operations, large employee populations, payroll governance, and leadership development initiatives.
Across his career, Fiaz has built deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, large-scale workforce management, cross-border HR operations, and supporting business leaders through organisational change in highly regulated and operationally intensive environments.
