Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, September 2025 — Ashley Robertson has been appointed as Vice President – Human Resources, Corporate at MGM Resorts International, bringing with her over two decades of HR and leadership experience across hospitality, gaming, and entertainment industries. In her new role, she will oversee corporate HR strategy, talent development, and people operations across MGM’s global destinations.
Ashley’s association with MGM Resorts International spans multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, following her tenure as Vice President – HR at Aria/Vdara and The Cosmopolitan, and earlier as Vice President – HR at Aria/Vdara. She also led talent strategies as Director of HR – Talent Management at Aria/Vdara, driving organizational excellence and workforce engagement.
Prior to these leadership roles, Ashley was Global Head of HR at Bluberi Gaming USA Inc., where she spearheaded global HR initiatives for the gaming technology company. She also held critical HR positions with Clique Hospitality as National Director of Human Resources, and at MGM Resorts – Park MGM, where she served as both Director of Talent Management and Director of Human Resources.
Her career foundation includes diverse leadership experiences as Training Manager at MGM Resorts International, Director of Human Resources at Las Vegas Lunch Services, Transportation Manager at Wynn Las Vegas, and Supervisor at Mirage Hotel. These roles have provided her with deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR transformation within world-class hospitality organizations.
With her strategic vision and proven leadership, Ashley is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening MGM Resorts International’s HR frameworks, ensuring alignment between business goals and workforce priorities, and advancing its reputation as one of the world’s most admired companies.
