Luxembourg, September 2024 – Aurélie Abarnou Helix has joined Arendt as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Aurélie will lead the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring that Arendt continues to grow its position as a leading firm in Luxembourg’s legal, regulatory, and financial sectors. She brings a wealth of experience in recruitment within the banking, asset management, and insurance industries.
Before joining Arendt, Aurélie spent almost 12 years at Michael Page, where she served as a Recruitment Consultant and later as Associate Director, specializing in the banking, asset management, and insurance sectors. During her tenure, Aurélie successfully placed professionals in key roles, including compliance specialists, risk managers, internal auditors, finance directors, and accounting managers. Her extensive experience in recruiting for high-level positions makes her an asset in her new role at Arendt.
Prior to her time at Michael Page, Aurélie worked as an Investment Funds Analyst at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe in Luxembourg. In this role, she was responsible for Pan-European tax calculations, performance analysis reports, and customized investment fund reporting for several key markets including Germany, Austria, and the UK.
Earlier in her career, Aurélie gained valuable auditing experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Luxembourg, where she participated in audit engagements for asset management entities. Her early career also includes an international stint as an Account Manager at Sprim in Mexico, where she worked on managing accounts for major clients in the region.
