Bappadit’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success in the emerging markets, and his promotion is a testament to his dedication and impact.
Prior to his current role, Bappadit served as Associate Director & Head Emerging Markets at Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd for nearly nine years, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint and strengthening its presence across various emerging markets.
Before joining Alliance Insurance Brokers, Bappadit was the Executive Vice President & National Head at Aspire Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. During his tenure, he led national operations and played a significant role in scaling the business across India.
Earlier in his career, Bappadit held the position of National Head Govt Business & Corporate at MDIndia Healthcare Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for managing government and corporate business portfolios.
He also served as Managing Partner & Regional Head at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where he contributed to the company’s growth in the Pune region.
His career began with roles at ACC Limited as Head Corporate Pune Region and Tata Projects as Project Manager, where he gained foundational experience in corporate and project management.
