Brady will lead the Human Resources function, capitalizing on his extensive experience to support the company’s ambitious growth and talent development strategies.
Prior to his new role at CoolSys, Brady held the position of Vice President, Human Resources (CHRO) at Morgan Truck Body, where from March 2016 to May 2024, he orchestrated human resources strategies that bolstered the company’s growth and profitability. His leadership helped Morgan Truck Body solidify its position as the largest North American producer of truck bodies, with substantial revenue and a broad operational footprint.
Brady also served as Vice President, Human Resources (CHRO) at J.B. Poindexter & Co, Inc., from May 2018 to January 2020. His role was pivotal in shaping human resources practices across multiple business platforms, despite declining relocation to further centralize his position within the company in Houston.
Before his tenure at J.B. Poindexter, Brady was instrumental as the Director of Human Resources at Kiewit. His efforts from April 2015 to March 2016 focused on leading HR technology advancements, enhancing employee value propositions, and implementing significant organizational changes, impacting profitability and operational efficiency on a large scale.
