Career Journey: Brittney has been with Powerhouse for over 12 years, progressing through multiple roles. Prior to her new appointment, she served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where she was responsible for overseeing talent development and HR operations for the company. Her ability to design and execute employee-centric programs has significantly contributed to the company’s success.
Before that, Brittney held the position of Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for 2 years, where she focused on organizational growth, employee engagement, and leadership development. Her efforts in creating innovative HR programs and streamlining processes helped Powerhouse maintain its reputation for excellent service delivery.
Earlier in her career at Powerhouse, Brittney worked as the Senior Training and Development Manager, where she played a key role in developing training programs that enhanced employee skills and improved operational efficiency. She also served as a Project Manager in various capacities, including Facilities Maintenance, Lighting and Rollouts Division, and Construction.
Her journey at Powerhouse began in 2011 as a Project Manager. Over the years, Brittney’s dedication to continuous improvement and her leadership in HR have made her an indispensable part of the organization.
