She brings with her over two decades of experience at OSG, making her a vital part of the company’s leadership team.
Career Journey: Deanna has been with Overseas Shipholding Group for nearly 24 years, where she has held various leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources for 9 years, overseeing HR initiatives, employee relations, and workforce planning. During her tenure, she successfully developed HR strategies that aligned with the company’s long-term objectives and managed talent across multiple departments.
Prior to that, Deanna was the VP of Human Resources for 2 years, where she played a key role in streamlining HR processes, managing compensation, and improving labor relations. Her contributions helped enhance employee satisfaction and strengthen company policies.
She initially joined OSG as an HR Manager, a role she held for over 12 years, where she was instrumental in developing talent acquisition strategies, handling benefits, and fostering a positive work environment. Her expertise in labor relations became crucial in shaping OSG’s workforce policies.
Before OSG, Deanna served as HR Manager at Aqua Mix for 1 year, where she implemented comprehensive HR programs to improve employee retention. She also worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Salick Healthcare and an Area HR Manager at HCR ManorCare, where she managed HR operations across multiple facilities.
