In this leadership role, Brooke will oversee HR operations, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives across Revolution Mortgage’s nationwide network, aligning people practices with the company’s fast-paced expansion and customer-centric vision.
Brooke joined Revolution Mortgage earlier this year as a Human Resources Business Partner, where she contributed to enhancing HR processes, employee engagement, and leadership support across business units. Her exceptional ability to integrate human resources strategy with business goals quickly positioned her for this leadership advancement.
Before joining Revolution Mortgage, Brooke served as a Human Resources Business Consultant, working independently for over four years with organizations in the healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. During this period, she guided leaders on workforce planning, culture building, and compliance, earning recognition for her practical and empathetic approach to HR transformation.
She also held the role of Senior Talent and Culture Manager at Intelerad, where she drove initiatives in employee experience, talent retention, and culture integration across global teams. Her work contributed significantly to the company’s efforts in aligning talent strategies with organizational growth.
Prior to that, Brooke was Director of Human Resources at COSIDLA, Inc., leading all HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, and performance management. Earlier in her career, she served as Human Resources Partner at The Ohio State University, Compliance Auditor at L Brands, and HR Coordinator at ViaQuest, Inc., gaining well-rounded expertise across both corporate and institutional environments.
