Bukola most recently served as Human Resources Manager at Realeazz, where she played a key role in supporting the organization’s people agenda and building foundational HR processes aligned with business growth.
She also worked as a Human Resources Officer at Lluvia Health Organisation, contributing to HR operations and talent management in a dynamic and remote work environment.
Earlier, she was a Relationship Officer at PremiumTrust Bank, where she developed strong expertise in client management, relationship building, and operational execution, enhancing her understanding of business and customer-centric functions.
Bukola also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Mingloft, gaining exposure to HR practices in an international and remote work setup.
In the early stages of her career, she gained diverse experience across roles including Virtual Assistant at Digital Witch Support Community, and multiple positions at Sterling Bank Plc, where she progressed from Customer Service Personnel to Cluster Business Officer, building strong foundations in operations, customer engagement, and team coordination.
She began her professional journey in roles such as Marketing Executive at Brian Integrated System and Assistant Store Manager at Ceplast Industrial Limited, gaining early exposure to business operations and customer service.
With a diverse background spanning banking, healthcare, technology, and customer operations, Bukola brings a well-rounded perspective to her HR leadership role, with a strong focus on people development and organizational growth.
