With a strong background in talent management, executive development, and business partnership, Sorto will play a key role in shaping Ardoor’s human capital strategy and fostering a high-performance workplace culture.
Before joining Ardoor, Sorto served as Chief Human Resources Officer at GA Foods, where she led the HR function through significant organizational transformation, cost optimization, and a private equity acquisition. Her leadership resulted in a $1.26M savings on benefits in 2023 while maintaining employee healthcare costs, demonstrating her ability to drive business impact through innovative HR strategies.
She also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Raymond James, where she led talent development initiatives across the U.S. and Europe, integrated HR strategies in global M&A transactions, and enhanced executive leadership programs.
In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Sorto is Vice President of Public Relations at SuncoastHR, where she plays an active role in shaping industry best practices and workforce trends.
