In this pivotal position, Chelsey will be leading the company’s People Analytics capability, driving key HR strategic initiatives to align with Burlington’s growth plans. Her experience in workforce analytics and people strategy will help optimize HR operations and improve employee experiences, supporting Burlington’s commitment to delivering top-tier retail solutions.
Before joining Burlington Stores, Inc., Chelsey worked at Qurate Retail Group for nearly six years. In her last role as Director of Workforce Analytics, she led teams globally, focusing on workforce analytics, data governance, and transformation initiatives that enhanced HR performance.
Prior to that, Chelsey held roles as Senior Manager of Workforce Analytics at Qurate Retail Group, where she was responsible for developing workforce analytics strategies and providing insights that improved HR operations and business outcomes.
Chelsey also worked at Spring International for over seven years, starting as a Project Director and eventually becoming a Senior Director. In this role, she provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, focusing on talent initiatives, workforce analytics, and leadership development.
Early in her career, Chelsey gained experience at The Matalia Group, Inc., where she worked on market research and data analysis in the healthcare industry.
