London, United Kingdom, November 2025 — Cheryl Moore has taken on the role of Global Head of People & Culture, Cloud & Security Practice at NTT DATA, Inc., marking a new chapter in her distinguished career within the organization. In her new position, Cheryl will lead global people and culture strategies across NTT DATA’s Cloud and Security division, fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment that supports innovation, employee growth, and operational excellence across international markets.
Cheryl has been an integral part of NTT DATA, Inc. for nearly eight years, having held several key leadership roles within the company. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Vice President of Human Resources, Managed Cloud & Infrastructure Services, where she led HR transformation initiatives focused on leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
Earlier, as Vice President of Business Operations & HR, Cheryl was instrumental in driving global operational efficiency and cultural transformation, championing collaboration, transparency, and kindness as core leadership values. Her work helped align people practices with NTT DATA’s long-term business goals while ensuring teams around the world remained connected and motivated.
Before joining NTT DATA, Cheryl held leadership roles at Dimension Data, where she served as Business Optimisation Director and Business Operations Manager, driving service enablement and process integration across global markets. She also held managerial positions at DDLS and Argus Solutions, where she developed and implemented business strategies that improved service delivery and operational scalability.
Her early professional experience includes consulting and management roles at Metiri Mensus Pty Ltd, Information Resources (IRI), and IRI Software, where she built expertise in customer service, software training, and organizational development.
