Boulder, Colorado, United States, April 2025 – Colleen McGarity has taken on a new role as Senior Director, People Operations at onXmaps, Inc.. In her expanded leadership role, she will drive strategic initiatives across all facets of people operations, focusing on building scalable processes, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the continued growth and success of onXmaps’ dynamic team.
Prior to this elevation, Colleen McGarity served as Director of People Operations at onXmaps, Inc., where she led key initiatives around employee engagement, operational excellence, and HR innovation. Before joining onXmaps, she was Vice President, People Operations at CyberGRX, where she played a critical role in global expansion, M&A transition, leadership development, and building a highly recognized workplace culture.
Earlier, at Apto, she served as Director of People Operations, reporting directly to the CEO and creating scalable HR strategies, leadership programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Previously, she was People & Talent Partner at Stack Overflow, supporting key HR functions for the Denver office, focusing on employee relations and people operations.
Before her time in technology startups, Colleen held key roles at Vail Resorts and DDC Advocacy, where she managed full lifecycle recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits strategy.
