Damla also built a significant portion of her career at Johnson & Johnson, where she spent over twelve years in progressively senior HR leadership roles. Her responsibilities spanned employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, labor relations, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, and business partnering. She ultimately served as HR Leader for Vision, Consumer and Supply Chain Turkey and Cross-Sector Employee & Labor Relations Lead, partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives while driving talent development, diversity initiatives, and organizational effectiveness programs.
