London, United Kingdom, March 2025 – David Robinette has joined Trayport as the Head of People, Europe, bringing extensive HR leadership experience spanning multiple financial and capital markets organizations. In his new role, David will lead people strategy and workforce transformation across Trayport’s European operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and innovation goals.
Prior to joining Trayport, David spent over ten years at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he held various senior HR leadership positions, including Director, People Business Partnering – Operations, Director of HR Business Management, and Senior HR Business Partner for the Group COO Office. His tenure at LSEG was marked by his strategic leadership in global HR operations, business transformations, and the establishment of LSEG’s Business Services Centre in Bucharest, Romania.
Before LSEG, David worked at CPP Investments as an HR Business Partner, supporting multiple functions such as Investment Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Legal. Prior to that, he spent nearly five years at TMX Group, where he managed HR functions for Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, and Natural Gas Exchange. His early career included HR and learning & development roles at CPP Investments and iA Clarington Investments.
