Seriate, Lombardy, Italy, July 2024 – Debora Ghilardi has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Serioplast. In her new role, Debora will lead the HR function, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Debora Ghilardi has been with Serioplast for over six years, demonstrating her dedication and expertise in various HR roles within the company. Before her appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer, she served as the Deputy HR Director, where she contributed significantly to HR strategy and operations.
Prior to that, Debora was the HR Relations and Rewards Manager, focusing on employee relations and compensation strategies to foster a positive work environment and ensure competitive rewards for employees. Her tenure as an HR Specialist further showcased her skills in HR operations and employee support.
Debora began her journey with Serioplast as an HR Assistant, where she gained foundational experience in HR processes and employee services.
Before joining Serioplast, Debora gained experience as a Marketing Intern at GoCustomized B.V. in Amsterdam, where she honed her skills in marketing and customer relations. She also worked as an Accountant at 3 Emme srl – Studio Commercialista in Selvino, providing her with a diverse skill set that she has leveraged throughout her HR career.
Serioplast is a global producer of rigid plastic packaging for major players in the FMCG industry, serving markets such as home care, laundry, personal care, pharma, and food & beverage. The company not only manufactures packaging but also designs and engineers its own machines and moulds, regenerates waste to produce recycled plastic, and operates as a contract manufacturer.
