Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Deepti Sheth has been appointed as President & Group Head – Human Resources at Thomas Cook India Limited, taking on a pivotal leadership role to drive the organization’s global people strategy.
In her new role, Deepti will lead the group’s HR strategy across global operations, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strengthening people practices as the company continues its growth and transformation journey.
Prior to this appointment, Deepti Sheth served as Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resources at SOTC Travel Ltd., where she led HR transformation initiatives and talent strategies, playing a key role in building high-performing teams across the organization.
Before SOTC, she had an extensive tenure with Thomas Cook India Limited, where she held multiple leadership roles including Vice President – Human Resources, Associate Vice President – Human Resources, and General Manager – Human Resources. During this period, she contributed significantly to group HR governance, corporate HR strategy, and operational HR initiatives, strengthening organizational capability.
Earlier in her career, Deepti worked with Edelweiss Financial Services as Senior Manager – Human Resources, where she managed the entire employee lifecycle, including talent management, engagement, and development initiatives.
She also held HR roles at ASK Investment Holdings Pvt Ltd and Avenues India Pvt Ltd, building strong foundational experience in HR generalist functions and people management practices.
With deep expertise across travel, financial services, and corporate HR, Deepti brings a strong track record in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and leadership development.
