Reflecting his strategic contributions to the business, he also serves on the Board of Directors for Narwal’s India entity.

Throughout his professional journey, he has developed deep expertise across organizational development, employee engagement, culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, talent management, and business-aligned HR strategy.
Over the years, he has successfully led large-scale workforce transformations, strengthened employer branding initiatives, enhanced employee retention and engagement metrics, and enabled organizational scaling across multiple geographies.
