Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Dr. Mohan Prasad Mettu has taken on a new leadership role as Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations Lead at Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL). In this role, Dr. Mettu will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement, developing talent, and shaping people productivity while also ensuring a positive and compliant employee relations environment.
Dr. Mettu brings over 25 years of deep-rooted HR experience, having recently served as Head of People Services at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), where he led talent acquisition, HR operations, digital transformation, and payroll across a multi-location setup. In this capacity, he enabled over 800 annual hires and optimized HR service delivery for transformative impact.
Prior to that, he held multiple strategic roles at HCCB, including Head of Total Rewards, SBP Head for Enabling Functions, and HR Head of Supply Chain Cluster – South India, where he significantly improved cost efficiency, succession planning, and industrial relations. His consistent career trajectory at Coca-Cola saw him take on zonal and national leadership positions across performance management, engagement, capability development, and organizational transformation.
Before joining HCCB, Dr. Mettu was associated with Maytasinfra, The Coca-Cola Company, EXTREDGE POS Systems, Andhra Cements, and Shree Manufacturing Co., gaining extensive experience in industrial HR, labor relations, and HR policy implementation across India.
