Singapore, September 2025 — Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) has announced the appointment of Elena Arabadjieva as its new Chief Capital Markets and Investor Relations Officer (CCO). In this role, Arabadjieva will oversee capital markets strategy, investor engagement, and strategic communications to further strengthen SERT’s presence in the European real estate investment market.
Arabadjieva has been with Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust for over eight years, most recently serving as COO and Head of Investor Relations, where she played a pivotal role in navigating the organisation through its sponsor transition from Cromwell European REIT to Stoneweg European REIT. She also led investor engagement efforts and strategic communications, reinforcing SERT’s reputation as a leading European real estate investment platform.
Before that, she was Head of Investor Relations at SERT for over eight years, where she developed and implemented comprehensive IR strategies, built strong institutional relationships, and advanced ESG initiatives.
Earlier, Arabadjieva served as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at ESR-REIT, previously known as Cambridge Industrial Trust, where she managed strategic investor and media relations during a critical phase of the trust’s evolution.
Prior to her REIT sector leadership, she spent five years as Director of Investor Relations at Genting Singapore Limited, one of the top gaming and hospitality companies listed on the Singapore Exchange. At Genting, she oversaw investor engagement for a US$13 billion market-cap company and its flagship development, Resorts World™ Sentosa.
Arabadjieva also held senior leadership roles at Resorts World Sentosa as Director of MICE and Partnerships/Deputy Vice President of Resort Marketing, and earlier at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre as Director of Marketing & Communications, where her team won the 2006 UFI Marketing Award and BTMICE Most Innovative Marketing Initiative Award.
She began her career at Cellus Asia, a start-up focused on media interactivity and mobile content, building early expertise in marketing and business development.
Education
Elena Arabadjieva holds an MBA from INSEAD, where she specialised in Business Administration and Management.
