Tirana, Albania, August 2025 – Eni Duro has been promoted to Head of Human Resources at Sada Platts Group, where she will lead the company’s HR function across its diverse operations spanning e-commerce, finance, and construction. In her new role, she will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic HR planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of cultivating innovation and accessibility globally.
Duro has been with Sada Platts Group since December 2024, initially serving as Recruitment Manager, where she was responsible for leading recruitment strategies, managing team performance, and building a strong employer brand. Her success in this role, combined with her ability to drive talent initiatives, led to her promotion within just nine months.
Prior to joining Sada Platts Group, Duro was Senior Recruiter and Employer Branding at Neptun Albania, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes and developed employer branding campaigns to attract top talent. She also served as Human Resources Manager at Prestige Home Center, overseeing HR operations, employee relations, and organizational policy implementation.
Her longest tenure was at Lotaria Kombëtare, part of the Novomatic Group of Companies, where she spent nearly 11 years in HR Administration & Reporting. In this role, she developed strong expertise in HR compliance, payroll management, and process optimization, laying the foundation for her career in human resources leadership.
