New York City Metropolitan Area, New York, United States, October 2024 – Erik Snyder has been promoted to Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Stagwell. In this role, he will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy, helping to drive organizational growth by attracting top talent and optimizing recruitment processes. Erik will play a critical role in the company’s talent strategy, focusing on scalable, creative, and innovative recruitment solutions.
Erik Snyder joined Stagwell in February 2022 as Director of Talent Acquisition. He was responsible for leading and implementing recruitment initiatives across various teams and supporting the company’s talent acquisition strategies. His strong leadership and innovative approach to recruitment operations led to his promotion to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition in October 2023, where he continued to develop scalable recruitment frameworks and enhance team performance.
Before his time at Stagwell, Erik worked at GALE, starting in August 2021 as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where he oversaw recruitment processes and built strategies to support growth across teams in the New York City area. Prior to that, he spent 1 year and 6 months as a Recruiter at MRM//McCann, further honing his talent acquisition skills.
Earlier in his career, Erik held roles at Monotype as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where he supported the company’s recruitment needs, and at Talener, where he served as a Lead Relationship Manager, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and business development.
Erik began his professional journey with internships at Salvatore Ferragamo and New York Life Insurance, where he gained foundational HR and recruitment experience.
