New York, United States, March 2025 – Erin Gard has taken on the new role of Vice President, Talent at Wiz, where she will lead global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Compliance functions. With over a decade of experience in building and scaling high-performance talent strategies across tech and logistics industries, Erin brings a global perspective and proven leadership to Wiz’s people function.
Erin steps into this role after serving as Head of Global Talent Acquisition, People Strategy, and Total Rewards at Wiz, where she spent the past several months refining talent frameworks to support the company’s rapid international growth. Prior to that, she held multiple leadership positions at Wiz, including Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Acquisition, contributing significantly to scaling talent operations and building strategic workforce capabilities.
Before joining Wiz, Erin served as Talent Acquisition Leader – GTM at Twilio, where she played a key role in driving go-to-market hiring and operational excellence during a high-growth period. Her earlier experience includes a dual role at U.S. Xpress, Inc., where she was Director of Talent Acquisition and Head of Executive Recruiting, managing enterprise-wide recruiting efforts.
Erin also spent seven years at Coyote Logistics, taking on progressively senior roles in talent acquisition across North America and EMEA. From Corporate Recruiter in Chicago to Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (EMEA) in Amsterdam, Erin built scalable systems and led international hiring initiatives that supported global business expansion.
