Milford, Massachusetts, United States, June 2025 – Erin Moran has been appointed as the new Vice President, Human Resources at Waters Corporation, bringing more than two decades of distinguished HR leadership and transformation experience to the organization. In her new role, Erin will lead Waters’ global HR agenda, supporting business strategy, people development, and organizational effectiveness at a time of innovation and growth for the company.
Prior to this appointment, Erin served as Senior Director, Human Resources at Waters Corporation, where she provided strategic partnership to five C-Suite Executives, overseeing talent, organization development, workforce planning, and succession. Her earlier tenure as Director, Global HR Business Partner demonstrated her capability in delivering data-driven HR solutions across the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and China, resulting in significantly improved engagement and reduced turnover.
Before joining Waters, Erin was Head of Human Resources at NORESCO, where she developed HR strategies that facilitated business results and led successful management development programs. Her extensive HR experience includes transformative leadership at Suffolk Construction and a significant 16-year progression at Staples, where she architected global HR shared services, led teams across multiple business units, and set industry benchmarks in talent and engagement.
Erin is academically accomplished, holding a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM), Extension Studies, Business Management from Harvard University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Framingham State University. Her blend of hands-on leadership, strategic vision, and a passion for continuous improvement makes her a valuable addition to the Waters executive team.
