In his current role at Abans Finserv, Gaurav is responsible for building scalable people strategies, strengthening HR architecture, and enabling workforce transformation across the group’s diversified global operations.
Prior to this, he served as Head of Human Resources at T R Chadha & Co LLP, where he led end-to-end HR transformation for a 1,000+ employee professional services organization, redesigned HR strategy, implemented HRIT and automation, introduced EVP and rewards frameworks, achieved Great Place to Work certification, and strengthened analytics-driven people governance.
Earlier, Gaurav spent over eleven years with CareEdge Group, progressing through Deputy Manager, Manager – HR, Senior Manager – HR, and Associate Director, where he scaled workforce growth, implemented HR technology, strengthened organization design, led compensation benchmarking, and institutionalized performance, engagement, and recognition frameworks.
He began his HR leadership journey with Birla Sun Life Insurance, Bombay Dyeing, and Manipal Education & Medical Group, building deep expertise across HR generalist, HR business partnering, talent acquisition, HR analytics, and organizational effectiveness domains.
