With a deep understanding of multiple sectors, he is set to spearhead strategic initiatives that align with the organisation’s long-term growth vision in the structural steel construction industry.
Prior to this, Govardhan held several senior roles at Schindler India, culminating in his most recent position as Vice President, where he led a multi-crore P&L business and managed over 750 professionals. His leadership focus was centred on driving profitability, streamlining operations, and elevating performance benchmarks across functions.
His earlier experience includes serving as Director – Sales & Service (APA) at Fermator Group, Senior Branch Manager and Senior Manager – Market & Business Intelligence at KONE Elevator India Pvt. Ltd, and Deputy Manager – Marketing at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. These diverse roles helped Govardhan develop a robust command of business intelligence, customer success, team transformation, and strategic sales expansion across geographies.
