Singapore, March 2025 – Grace Munsayac has taken on a new strategic leadership role as President of International Markets at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®. In her new role, Grace will lead the company’s international expansion and operations across more than 20 countries, driving growth, innovation, and brand excellence globally.
Grace joined The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in early 2024 as Global Chief Human Resources Officer, where she played a vital role in leading global talent and organizational transformation across the brand. Her elevation to President of International Markets underscores her cross-functional leadership and global experience.

Prior to this, Grace spent over eight years at Yum! Brands, where she most recently served as COO, Greater Asia, providing regional operational leadership. Earlier, she held roles including Chief People Officer for Asia, HR Director in Thailand, and Director of HR for the Asia division, showcasing her capability in both people leadership and business operations.
Grace also held senior HR leadership roles at Mondelēz International, serving as HR Director for Malaysia and Singapore, and at Kraft, where she contributed as National HR Manager for Compensation & Benefits and Shared Services in China, and Compensation & Benefits Manager in the Philippines.
Earlier in her career, she held impactful roles at Philips Electronics, AIU, and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where she led as Practice Leader for GIS and Senior Consultant – Human Capital, establishing herself as a respected voice in HR strategy and organizational design.
