Nashville, Tennessee, United States, March 2025 – The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the appointment of Hanna Naum-Stoian as Vice President of Talent Development. In this role, she will provide strategic leadership in workforce and talent development initiatives, overseeing Talent Pipeline Management (TPM), GIVE Grants, and employer engagement programs. She will also serve on the senior leadership team at the Chamber, driving key workforce strategies aligned with the Partnership 2030 economic development plan.
Prior to stepping into her new role, Hanna Naum-Stoian served as Senior Director of Talent Pipelines at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, where she played a pivotal role in aligning postsecondary education and workforce training with employer needs. She also led the Chamber’s Talent Solutions Council, overseeing workforce strategies and initiatives to strengthen employer-education partnerships.
Before joining the Chamber, Hanna was the Executive Director of Project Return Tennessee, where she developed and implemented programmatic projects focused on workforce reentry, strengthened cross-sector collaborations, and managed data-driven decision-making for workforce programs.
Earlier in her career, she held multiple leadership roles at Project Return Tennessee, including Program Services Manager and Transitional Employment Coach, where she facilitated job readiness programs, employer partnerships, and workforce integration strategies. Her expertise in workforce development stems from a strong background in community engagement, program evaluation, and research.
