Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, July 2026 — Havells India Ltd. has appointed Ashish Parikh as President & Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Head, further strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to accelerate growth across its fast-moving electrical goods (FMEG) business. In his new role, Parikh will lead the strategic direction, business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence of the designated Strategic Business Unit, supporting Havells’ long-term growth and innovation agenda.
With over 25 years of leadership experience across the consumer goods, beverages, and electrical products sectors, Ashish Parikh brings deep expertise in general management, business operations, sales leadership, category development, omnichannel strategy, modern trade, e-commerce, and commercial transformation. His appointment reflects Havells’ continued focus on strengthening its leadership capabilities to drive sustainable business growth and customer-centric innovation.
Prior to joining Havells India, Ashish Parikh served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at DIAGEO India, where he led large-scale business operations, commercial execution, and growth initiatives across the organization. Before that, he spent more than 10 years with Reckitt, holding several senior leadership positions across India, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. His roles included Global Omnichannel and Category Development Director, Global Shopper Marketing Director – Health Hygiene, Sales Director – Hong Kong & Macau, and Head – Modern Trade and E-Commerce, where he successfully drove category expansion, omnichannel growth, shopper marketing, and commercial excellence across international markets.
Earlier in his career, Ashish Parikh held key sales and business leadership roles at Marico Limited, where he served as Head – Modern Trade, Regional Sales Head, and National Merchandising & Modern Trade Manager, contributing to the company’s commercial growth across multiple regions. He also built valuable leadership experience at PepsiCo as Territory Development Manager and Associate Franchise Manager, and began his professional journey with Agro Tech Foods Limited as Area Sales Manager. Ashish Parikh is an alumnus of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), where he completed his management education, laying the foundation for a distinguished career in business leadership.
