InvokHR Strengthens Global Growth Ecosystem with Launch of Invok Business Solutions; Vinay Nijhawan Joins as Co-Founder and Director

BENGALURU, KARNATAKA, INDIA, June 2026 — InvokHR today announced the launch of Invok Business Solutions (InvokBiz) India – a dedicated global execution arm designed to serve organizations navigating cross-border growth, market entry, and HR transformation at scale.

Understanding the Invok ecosystem: InvokHR and InvokBiz share the same founding team, values, and client relationships, operating as complementary entities within the Invok ecosystem. InvokHR continues to lead on people strategy and advisory, while InvokBiz brings execution depth – together offering clients a more complete and integrated partnership.

The announcement marks a natural evolution of InvokHR, the practitioner-led HR advisory firm founded in 2019 with a conviction to democratize HR – making high-quality, integrated people solutions accessible to every organization, regardless of size. Over the years, InvokHR has partnered with 70+ organizations across industries and geographies, delivering meaningful impact across HR strategy, total rewards, M&A integration, leadership hiring, and capability development.

InvokBiz has been established to further strengthen that purpose – bringing dedicated execution capability to organizations looking to build and scale in a borderless world. Following the launch of InvokBiz USA last year, the India entity now positions the ecosystem to serve clients across global markets with greater depth and reach.

InvokBiz focuses on three core areas: GCC Advisory & India Entry, Global Hiring & Recruitment as a Solution (RaaSo), and Global HR Tech & AI Transformation.

Vinay Nijhawan joins as Co-Founder and Director of InvokBiz, bringing over 30 years of experience spanning global HR leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational advisory. He was part of the founding team at Skuad, where he helped scale global workforce operations across 100+ countries prior to the company’s acquisition by Payoneer.

Prior to that he was heading HR for MoveInSync, world’s largest platform for managing employee commute and workplace operations. He co-founded PurpleLeap, a hybrid learning EdTech venture that grew to serve 50,000+ learners annually before being acquired by Pearson. Earlier in his career, he helped build a world-class product organization at Talisma, one of India’s pioneering global product companies. He holds an MBA in HR & IR from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Following his appointment, the leadership team at InvokHR, Vipin Arora and Apurv Choubey said: “Vinay brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial success, operating leadership, and deep experience in building scalable businesses and has built organizations and platforms that have created lasting impact — which makes him exactly what InvokBiz needed. With his joining, together, InvokHR and InvokBiz, representing two complementary dimensions of the same vision — are now strengthened to serve clients the full spectrum of solutions — combining strategic people advisory with business growth and execution capabilities.”

About the Invok Ecosystem

The Invok ecosystem comprises two complementary organizations — InvokHR and InvokBiz. InvokHR specializes in HR strategy, transformation, leadership hiring, total rewards, capability development, and fractional HR leadership services. InvokBiz focuses on global business execution, including GCC advisory, India market entry, global hiring solutions, recruitment as a service, and HR technology and AI transformation initiatives.

Together, the two entities provide organizations with integrated support across people strategy, business execution, workforce transformation, and global growth initiatives.
