Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland, May 2026 — Irene Perez Molina has stepped into the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Norsepower, marking a significant leadership elevation as the company strengthens its global commercial and brand strategy in sustainable maritime innovation.
Since joining Norsepower, Irene has rapidly advanced through key marketing leadership positions, including Marketing and Communications Manager and Head of Marketing and Communications, where she played an instrumental role in building the company’s global marketing framework, strengthening international brand visibility, expanding exhibition presence, and aligning marketing with commercial growth objectives.
In her new role as CMO, she is now leading global marketing and brand strategy, overseeing integrated communications, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and commercial alignment across Europe and Asia.
Prior to Norsepower, Irene held senior marketing leadership roles at Sooma Medical, Supervise Oy, and Tourspain, developing extensive expertise across healthcare, sustainability, tourism, B2B strategy, digital marketing, PR, and international communications.
Her career reflects a strong progression in strategic marketing, global brand development, and growth-focused leadership.
