RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES, June 2026 — Envision Pharma Group has appointed James Hall as Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, where he will also serve as a member of the company’s HR Leadership Team. In this strategic leadership role, he will lead global talent acquisition initiatives, strengthen workforce planning and recruitment capabilities, and support the organization’s continued growth across the life sciences sector.
James brings more than two decades of talent acquisition and leadership experience spanning life sciences, clinical research, pharmaceutical services, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and professional services organizations. His appointment reflects Envision Pharma Group’s commitment to attracting world-class talent and building a future-ready workforce to support its expanding global operations.
Prior to joining Envision Pharma Group, James served as Talent Acquisition Executive – Life Sciences at Cielo Talent, where he managed global client relationships within the life sciences portfolio while overseeing recruiting delivery operations, talent strategy, and business performance. During his tenure, he played a key role in helping life sciences organizations build high-performing teams and achieve critical hiring objectives.
Earlier, he served as Director, Talent Acquisition – Americas at Syneos Health, where he led talent acquisition strategy and execution across North America and Latin America for one of the world’s leading clinical research organizations. In this role, he partnered closely with senior leaders to drive workforce growth and strengthen talent pipelines across multiple business functions.
Before Syneos Health, James held the position of Director, North America Talent Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he directed talent acquisition activities for the Pharma Services Group, supporting large-scale hiring initiatives across the contract development and manufacturing sector.
His previous leadership experience also includes serving as Director, Talent Acquisition at Domtar, Talent Acquisition Senior Manager – Corporate & Enabling Functions at Ingersoll Rand, Recruiting Lead – Global Functions at Ally Financial, Senior Recruiting Consultant at Wachovia, and Corporate Recruiter at Bank of America. Across these assignments, he developed deep expertise in executive hiring, talent strategy, recruitment transformation, workforce planning, employer branding, and organizational growth.
