In this new leadership role, Greaves will focus on talent strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation, ensuring the company’s HR functions align with its growth objectives and continued impact in the purpose-driven software industry.
Jay Greaves has been associated with Momentive Software for approximately seven months, most recently serving as SVP & Chief of Staff. During this time, he played a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals while driving organizational effectiveness and supporting key leadership initiatives.
Before this, he served as Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at Community Brands for nearly two years, where he led transformative efforts in revenue strategy optimization, sales operations integration, and streamlining business functions across multiple verticals.
Earlier, Greaves operated as a Business Transformation Consultant with Greaves Consulting for over 24 years, specializing in growth strategies, business transformations, M&A integrations, and organizational restructuring. His strategic insights contributed to revenue scaling, talent optimization, and operational excellence across multiple sectors.
Prior to his consulting tenure, he was Vice President of Sales Enablement & Operations at isolved, where he successfully integrated M&A sales operations and talent, leading to a 50% organizational growth. His strategic initiatives included sales enablement improvements, onboarding processes, and technology optimization.
His early career includes leadership roles at Ceridian and Delta Air Lines, focusing on talent development, business transformation, and operational restructuring. His contributions during his time at Ceridian were pivotal in aligning HR processes with strategic business goals.
