Ferndown, England, United Kingdom, August 2025 – Jenni Bowman has stepped into the role of Head of People & Business Operations at MVS Audio-Visual, where she will play a pivotal part in supporting the strategic growth of the organization. As part of the senior leadership team, Jenni will lead internal projects, enhance operational efficiency, manage recruitment and employee lifecycle, and champion culture, engagement, and internal communications.
With approximately one year of entrepreneurial experience, Jenni recently ran her own venture under Jenni Bowman Business Support, offering executive assistance, project management, HR support, and leadership team facilitation. Her work helped clients align operational priorities and execute due diligence processes during business sales.
Prior to this, Jenni spent over six years with The Passionate PA, where she offered freelance executive personal assistant services to entrepreneurs and business leaders. Her services spanned a range of areas including administration, marketing, event planning, and business support—consistently delivering value through her efficiency, initiative, and relationship-building.
Earlier in her career, Jenni worked as Facilities Manager at Hays Travel for over four years, overseeing property and project management across more than 100 locations. She was responsible for new branch openings, full refits, and a wide range of facilities and safety management functions.
She began her career journey with roles at Bath Travel, Nutrichef Ltd, Bowman Law Ltd, Bournemouth University, and Standard Life, where she built strong foundations in executive assistance, project execution, and business operations, honing her people-centric approach across sectors.
