California, United States, April 2025 – Jennifer Mahlmeister has joined Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases as the Director of Talent & Organizational Development. In her new role, she will lead strategic talent initiatives to enhance leadership capability, drive organizational effectiveness, and accelerate global learning and development practices across the organization’s 22-country footprint.
Jennifer brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience in learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Nikkiso, she took a career break to complete her PhD, which she will graduate with in June 2025. Before that, she served as Director of Global Learning & Development at insightsoftware, where she led enterprise-wide programs focused on people development, performance management, and change leadership.
Earlier, she was Senior Manager of Learning & Development at TTM Technologies, overseeing the North American talent function, and also held significant roles at Wood Mackenzie, Amec Foster Wheeler, and ZOLL Medical Corporation, where she designed and implemented large-scale leadership programs, coaching initiatives, and performance strategies.
Jennifer’s strong track record in driving leadership excellence and aligning learning strategies to business goals positions her well to support Nikkiso CE&IG’s continued global expansion and clean energy mission.
