In this pivotal leadership role, Jenny will drive revenue and gross margin growth across emerging client segments while also leading enterprise client acquisition and expanding strategic relationships in both MSP and self-managed models.
Jenny Davis brings nearly two decades of experience in recruitment, workforce solutions, and strategic account growth. She joins Swoon after spending over 11 years at Russell Tobin, where she served most recently as Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, responsible for a $65M portfolio and a global team of over 70 professionals. Her role included developing MSP partnerships, expanding into global delivery models, and achieving consistent portfolio growth.
Before her tenure at Russell Tobin, she held progressive leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of National Recruitment, playing a key role in building delivery and account management teams across the U.S. and India.
Jenny has also served as Vice President at Pride Health, overseeing Midwest operations, and held leadership roles at KellyMitchell Group as Managing Director, supporting Fortune 100 clients and leading double-digit growth in contingent labor and SOW services. Her early career included strategic development roles at the Minnesota High Tech Association and ASI Communications.
