Prior to joining Aramark, Jessica was Senior Manager II, Strategic Talent Sourcing, Events, and Talent Intelligence at Walmart, where she led enterprise-wide talent sourcing initiatives, diversity-focused hiring events, and talent intelligence strategies. She played a key role in enhancing Walmart’s competitive talent acquisition framework and implementing AI-driven sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates.
Before her tenure at Walmart, Jessica served as Director of Talent Acquisition for HBC Stores, overseeing hiring for Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson’s Bay, Lord & Taylor, Saks OFF 5TH, and Home Outfitters. She led strategic workforce planning and talent development programs, ensuring the retail group had the right talent to drive operational excellence.
Jessica also held leadership roles in talent acquisition and talent sourcing at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she spearheaded high-volume recruitment programs, executive hiring strategies, and employer branding efforts. Her experience includes expertise in global talent pipelining, workforce analytics, leadership development, and employer branding across multiple industries.
