Her mandate includes implementing first-time programs for performance management, executive onboarding, and succession planning to support the company’s continued innovation and growth.
Prior to this appointment, Jill Gibson served as a Leadership Development & People Programs Consultant and Executive Coach at Stanford University for over six years. In this role, she assessed development and change needs across departments, delivered scalable leadership development strategies, and coached senior leaders toward improved engagement and workflow optimization.
Previously, she held the role of Head of Leadership Development and Learning & Development at Landrum Talent Solutions (formerly hrQ & Ceres Talent). There, she designed foundational people strategies for high-growth organizations, including Energy Recovery itself, by launching scalable professional development and engagement frameworks.
Earlier, she was Senior Director of Leadership Development, Global Solutions & Delivery at AWE, where she accelerated Fortune 500 executive development initiatives and led diversity and inclusion programs to enhance leadership impact. She also served as Director of HR & People Programs at Active Method Physical Therapy, where she aligned people strategy with business goals, enabling fourfold revenue growth.
Her earlier roles include leadership positions in Learning & Development at Gap Inc. and Wells Fargo, where she specialized in performance management, change leadership, and talent strategy to support digital transformation and organizational growth.
