Singapore – November 2024 – InCorp Global has welcomed Joana Mikaela Liew as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Joana will oversee strategic HR functions, guiding talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development to support InCorp’s continued growth across the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining InCorp Global, Joana served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cake Group, where she led HR strategies for over two years, focusing on talent management, organizational leadership, and HR operations. Her expertise in establishing HR departments and coaching executive leadership was instrumental in the company’s success.
At OKX, Joana held the position of Head of HR, Singapore & Global Talent Development, where she drove initiatives in HR transformation and strategic talent acquisition. Her tenure at ByteDance as Head of Talent & Organization Development, APAC & META further honed her leadership skills in managing high-impact HR operations and development initiatives on a global scale.
Joana’s earlier experiences include roles at McCann Worldgroup and Al-Futtaim, where she was responsible for leading learning and development functions across the Asia-Pacific region, along with spearheading executive leadership initiatives.
