In this leadership role, Jodie-lee will oversee the organization’s people operations strategy, focusing on enhancing employee experience, driving operational excellence, and supporting Zepz’s mission to make global payments faster, fairer, and more inclusive.
Jodie-lee’s journey with Zepz spans over four years, during which she has made significant contributions to shaping its people strategy and operations. Prior to her current appointment, she served as People Operations Manager, where she streamlined people processes, improved cross-functional collaboration, and led key HR initiatives that strengthened the company’s global workforce.
Before that, she held the role of People Business Partner at Zepz, working closely with leadership teams across multiple geographies to implement HR strategies that supported business goals, talent development, and employee engagement in the company’s remote-first environment. Her work was integral to Zepz’s growth as a high-performing, globally connected organization.
Earlier in her career, Jodie-lee spent over six years at Maitland, where she served as HR Business Partner for teams across London, Chelmsford, BVI, Malta, and Edinburgh. In this role, she partnered with senior leaders across Fund Services, Corporate and ManCo Services, and Private Client divisions, gaining extensive experience in global HR operations and stakeholder management.
Jodie-lee began her HR career as an HR Administrator at Anglo American, where she developed a strong foundation in people processes and compliance. She also worked as PA to the Head of Internal Services at Thomson Reuters, supporting executive leadership and organizational coordination for nearly five years. These early experiences laid the groundwork for her deep understanding of organizational culture and people operations in large, dynamic environments.
