York, Pennsylvania, United States, October 2025 — Doceo, a leading technology and services company headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, proudly announces the appointment of Juleen Bixler as its new Vice President of Operations. Juleen brings more than two decades of operational leadership experience to the role and will report directly to Christian White, COO/CTO and Co-Founder of Doceo.
Based out of Doceo’s York headquarters, Juleen will lead operational strategy and performance across all divisions—driving efficiency, alignment, and scalability in support of the company’s continued growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Her extensive background in operations management, customer experience, and continuous improvement reflects Doceo’s investment in Proven People who deliver Proven Results.
